Serverfarm Critical Facilities Services is hiring a Junior Shift Engineer to cover a 12-hour day-and-night shift and support the operation of data center critical facilities. The role involves monitoring power and environmental conditions, performing maintenance and troubleshooting, responding to site events, supporting contractors and change control, completing shift documentation, and participating in construction and commissioning. Candidates need basic education, English and mathematical skills, essential experience maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment, and familiarity with data center environments; electrical or mechanical training, BMS knowledge, and data center qualifications are advantageous. The position requires flexibility, safety compliance, customer service, and the ability to work independently and at heights.
