Aboitiz Data Innovation is hiring a Junior Data Engineer to assist in building, optimizing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and infrastructure. The role involves developing ETL/ELT pipelines, writing SQL, maintaining databases, implementing data quality checks, collaborating with data and software teams, documenting data models and flows, and troubleshooting pipeline issues. The position is entry-level and full-time, requiring a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience, Python, SQL, software engineering fundamentals, and strong problem-solving and communication skills; AWS, Databricks, Spark, orchestration, and modern data-stack tools are preferred.
