Fundserv is hiring a Junior Database Administrator to support Oracle database environments through administration, monitoring, backup and recovery, maintenance, installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, performance optimization, and deployment activities. The role includes basic SQL, PL/SQL, and automation scripting, project participation, documentation, and a rotational 24/7 on-call schedule. Candidates should have academic or practical exposure to Oracle technologies, strong analytical and communication skills, and a willingness to learn. The position offers a starting base salary of $65,000–$75,000 and total compensation including bonus of $74,750–$86,250, along with health benefits, RRSP matching, and a hybrid work model.
