New Flag is hiring a (Junior) Demand & Supply Planning Manager to own the end-to-end S&OP process for defined brands and regions. The role develops forecasts, coordinates inventory and allocation decisions, analyzes sales trends and bottlenecks, improves planning processes, and manages stock reservations in order management. Candidates need a business-focused degree or vocational training, relevant experience in inventory, supply chain, demand, or S&OP/IBP planning, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Excel; Anaplan and Power BI familiarity is a plus. The position is based in Munich and includes home-office options.
