The Junior Developer will provide Tier-1 support for Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) applications in Hyderabad. Responsibilities include monitoring application health and scheduled jobs, triaging and escalating tickets, handling routine support requests, troubleshooting basic issues, maintaining documentation, following SLAs, supporting production deployments, and participating in knowledge transfer and continuous learning. The role requires a graduate, accepts freshers with relevant skills and training, involves office-based work, and requires night-shift availability for one to two weeks per month.
