Description
The Junior Developer will provide first-level production support for Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) applications in Hyderabad. Responsibilities include monitoring application health and scheduled jobs, triaging and escalating tickets, handling routine support requests, troubleshooting basic issues, maintaining documentation, following SLAs, supporting deployments, and participating in knowledge transfer. The role is intended for graduates with 0–1 years of experience, including trained freshers, and requires working from the office with night shifts one to two weeks per month.
