Samsung R&D Center is hiring a Junior Digital Design Engineer for its Memory team. The role involves designing flash solution intellectual property from architecture definition through RTL implementation and tape-out, planning micro-architecture, implementing and simulating RTL, debugging designs, and running sign-off tools for timing, area, and power. The posting requires a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering, problem-solving and collaborative skills, and hands-on experience with VLSI micro-architecture and RTL coding; Python scripting and Linux/Unix experience are advantageous.
