Atida Group is hiring a Junior E-Commerce Operations Manager focused on process optimization and AI automation. The role analyzes and modernizes repetitive workflows, maintains e-commerce product data and content, coordinates with external providers and internal stakeholders, monitors market trends and benchmarks, and supports e-commerce analytics and reporting. Candidates need commercial or business-related training, practical e-commerce or digital project management experience, familiarity with large language models, German at C1 and English at B1/B2, and willingness to work at least three days per week in Berlin. The position is full-time, initially limited to 12 months with an extension option, and offers an annual gross salary of EUR 32,000 to EUR 40,000.
