Randstad is hiring a Junior Electrical Designer to learn and develop control and distribution system designs for projects such as offshore wind farms and hospitals. The role involves creating electrical diagrams in EPLAN P8, analyzing specifications, preparing technical documentation, identifying design challenges, coordinating with project managers, and supporting estimating concepts. Candidates should have a recent Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, experience with EPLAN P8 or AutoCAD, knowledge of relevant standards, fluent Dutch, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
