FERCHAU is hiring a (Junior) Electronics Developer for Power Electronics in Karlsruhe to develop and validate high-performance electronics for automotive power semiconductors and power components. The role covers circuit design and simulation, testing, documentation, manufacturing-process support, and system integration. Candidates need an electrical engineering, mechatronics, communications engineering, or comparable degree, practical electronics-development experience, familiarity with design and simulation tools, and good German and English skills; German B2+ is required.
