Vodafone is hiring a 1st Line Operations Specialist to support the Vodafone Hungary network in a multi-vendor environment. The role involves continuous network monitoring, fault management, first-level preventive and corrective troubleshooting, end-to-end incident management, coordination of on-site field engineers, root-cause analysis with second-line teams, outage notifications, and maintenance of operational procedures and knowledge articles.
