Sia is hiring a Junior Engineer Consultant to support transformation projects for clients. The role involves intelligent data structuring, data analysis, benchmarking, interviews, workshop animation, process mapping, and functional specifications, with an expectation to take on team-support responsibilities and contribute to knowledge creation. The position requires a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Business Engineering, 0–3 years of consulting experience, strong collaboration and communication skills, interest in energy and data/AI, trilingual French, Dutch, and English, and willingness to participate in temporary assignments abroad.
