Sia is hiring a Junior Engineer Consultant to support transformation projects for clients. The role involves intelligent data structuring, data analysis, benchmarking, interviews, workshop animation, process mapping, functional specifications, and team support, while also contributing to knowledge creation. Candidates should have a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Business Engineering, 0–3 years of consulting experience, strong collaboration and communication skills, an interest in energy and data/AI, and fluency in Dutch and English; German is a plus. Temporary assignments abroad may be required, and the employer does not provide a work permit.
