Description
The Junior Locomotive Engineer will perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, heavy maintenance, and wreck repair on 4,500 HP and 6,000 HP diesel-electric locomotives, including documentation and safe, clean work practices. The role requires a diploma in engineering, 2–4 years of applicable operations experience, Microsoft Office experience, and willingness to work 24x7 across different shifts and days; prior transportation experience and rolling-stock technical experience are preferred.
