Willke Systems is hiring a (Junior) Engineer to support overhead line construction projects in Kassel or Recklinghausen. The role manages the timely, technically correct, and cost-effective execution of construction sites; supports site management, tendering, cost estimating, scheduling, compliance, documentation, and process optimization. Candidates need a technical degree in civil engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable field, strong organizational and communication skills, willingness to work nights and weekends, and a Category B driver’s license. First professional experience in construction, metalworking, or electrical engineering is desirable.
