HARMAN is hiring a Junior Engineer II, Process Quality in Pune, Maharashtra, India. The role focuses on ensuring consistent quality of speaker manufacturing processes through process control, first-article inspections, root-cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, audits, and continuous improvement. The engineer will collaborate with production, design, supplier quality, and overseas teams and maintain documentation aligned with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer requirements. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in audio engineering, electronics, or speaker manufacturing, at least three years of process or manufacturing quality experience, and knowledge of quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, and MSA. It is a regular permanent role with a hybrid work environment.
