Flex is hiring a Junior Engineer – NPI in Sriperumbudur to manage new product introductions, coordinate product launches and production builds, develop build plans, schedule kick-off meetings, and resolve manufacturing issues. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and training, typically three years of experience, strong new product introduction experience, product and project management skills, and knowledge of ECO/ECN/ECR procedures.
