Arcwide is hiring a full-time Enterprise Service Management Analyst to support IFS Cloud ITSM and ESM projects and operations. The role covers business process analysis, requirement documentation, configuration, testing, data migration, application management, user support, training, change management, and project monitoring. It is based in Milan with a hybrid model allowing remote work and office or client-site work when needed. Candidates should have a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, 1–2 years of relevant experience or internship experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in Italian and English.
