B&S Site Development is hiring a Junior Estimator to support its preconstruction team on heavy civil and site-development projects. The role involves reviewing plans and specifications, performing quantity takeoffs, preparing cost estimates and bid proposals, analyzing labor, equipment, material, and subcontractor costs, coordinating with operations and business development teams, and maintaining bid and cost databases. A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required, along with 1–5 years of relevant experience; a Civil Engineering degree and AGTEK experience are preferred.
