Ragle Inc. is hiring an in-person Jr. Estimator in North Richland Hills, Texas, to support electrical estimating for highway, bridge, excavation, grading, and pipe-work construction projects. The role involves reviewing drawings and specifications, performing quantity takeoffs, developing labor, material, and equipment cost estimates, coordinating with vendors and subcontractors, identifying scope gaps and risks, and supporting bid preparation and preconstruction activities. A bachelor’s degree in engineering is required, while electrical engineering and prior estimating or construction experience are preferred; the position does not offer visa sponsorship.
