Description
The Junior Event Sales Employee will respond to customer and event-organizer inquiries, present the venue, process event bookings, coordinate event components with service providers, prepare run-of-show schedules and function sheets, support events on the day, finalize invoices, and maintain customer relationships. The role requires professional experience in upscale hotels, MS Office proficiency, numerical precision, creativity, strong service orientation, communication and organizational skills, and German and English language skills. It is based at Palais Coburg Residenz in Vienna and offers a gross minimum salary of €2,492 per month.
