The Junior Executive, Retail (Support) oversees daily retail operations across West Malaysia, leads the Retail Operations team, resolves operational issues, coordinates with cross-functional departments, develops standard operating procedures, analyzes performance, and supports retail expansion and new projects. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Business, at least two years of logistics management or coordination experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication skills, and a proactive, organized approach.
