Halter is hiring a Failure Analysis Engineer to debug and diagnose failed hardware, including collars and tower components, from field and laboratory testing. The role investigates failure modes, collaborates with hardware, firmware, production, supplier quality, and networking teams, and closes the feedback loop between field performance and engineering to improve product reliability.
