Description
The role performs corrective and preventive maintenance, installs printers, multifunction devices, notebooks, and computers, and provides technical service for low- and medium-volume black-and-white and color equipment. It also diagnoses low- and medium-complexity desktops and notebooks using manufacturer tools. Candidates need technical education in an electronics, electrotechnics, mechatronics, computer science, or IT field, basic technical English, Microsoft Office, user-level hardware knowledge, and 1 to 3 years of experience; training is provided for the relevant equipment lines.
