Description
The role performs corrective and preventive maintenance and installs printers, multifunction devices, notebooks, and computers across multiple customers. It also provides technical service for low- and medium-volume black-and-white and color printers and multifunction devices, and performs diagnostics on low- and medium-complexity desktops and notebooks using manufacturer tools. Candidates need completed technical education in an electronics, electrotechnics, mechatronics, computer science, or IT field, or currently pursuing higher education in IT or a related field, along with basic technical English, Microsoft Office, user-level hardware knowledge, and relevant product training.
