Clarius Group is hiring a Junior Finance Operations Specialist to support the commercial implementation of sales actions, incentive and bonus programs, and related reporting. The role covers administrative processing, bonus-claim and financial-calculation checks, analysis of sales and results data, reporting, stakeholder coordination, process monitoring, and suggestions for automation and process improvement. It is a full-time position starting immediately, initially fixed-term for 12 months with possible extension or indefinite conversion, based in Eschborn with partial remote work.
