Description
The Junior Flavorist Assistant supports a culinary flavorist team by compounding flavor formulas, recording data, managing raw-material inventory, performing basic analytical tests, and organizing laboratory and office workflows. The role is full-time, temporary for six months to cover maternity leave, based in Hilversum, and pays €3,291 monthly. A laboratory, biochemistry, or food-technology degree is a plus, laboratory experience is preferred, and proficiency in English, organization, and attention to detail are required.
