IRCA Group is hiring a Junior Food Technologist for its R&D team in Gallarate, Italy. The role supports the development and optimization of ice cream, pastry, bakery, creams, and powder-based products; it includes recipe formulation, pilot-plant analysis, testing of alternatives, sampling, raw-material research, product functional analysis, data processing, and master-data maintenance. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, on a six-plus-six contract under the CCNL Alimentare Industria, with meal vouchers and remuneration starting from RAL 29,000€. Applicants need a degree in Food Science and Technology, fluent Italian and English, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a proactive, autonomous, and collaborative approach.
