Description

DRW is hiring a Junior or Graduate FPGA Engineer to support trading desks in Asia. The role involves RTL development, FPGA synthesis, place-and-route, timing analysis, simulation and verification, hardware bring-up, debugging, and integration with software, network, and trading systems. It is an entry-level position for recent graduates, interns, or engineers with 0–2 years of relevant experience, offering mentorship, hands-on trading-hardware experience, and career progression.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Required Previous Experiences: 0–2 years of professional experience or equivalent experience from internships, research, or university projects
Practical RTL development experience using Verilog or SystemVerilog
Preferred Qualifications: Exposure to high-speed interfaces or SoC subsystems
C/C++ experience for embedded systems or software-hardware integration
Networking fundamentals or timing/latency optimization knowledge
Git and CI workflow familiarity
