Radar Talent Solutions is hiring a second developer to build real features on a live client project from day one, with direct code review and mentorship from the CTO. The role requires strong JavaScript and Python fundamentals, team experience delivering business solutions, a GitHub profile or portfolio, and proximity to the South Minneapolis office. Most work is virtual, with occasional office visits, and the position pays $60 per hour on a 1099 contract for approximately 15 to 25 hours per week, with an estimated 250 to 400 contract hours over three to four months and potential full-time conversion.
