Description
Marsh is hiring a Junior Full-Stack Engineer, Generative AI in Cluj to help develop and maintain enterprise web applications using React, TypeScript, NodeJS or Python, REST APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, and cloud infrastructure such as AWS. The role involves integrating LLM-based capabilities, evolving proofs of concept into production features, participating in code reviews and Agile delivery, and learning under mentorship. It requires 1–2 years of professional software engineering experience or equivalent experience, with at least three days per week spent in the office.
