mthree is hiring a Junior Fund Accountant for a 12-month graduate placement in Wroclaw, Poland. The role supports fund accounting and investment operations by performing cash and asset reconciliations, allocating expenses, preparing fund performance reports, supporting complex accounting escalations, answering client questions, and helping maintain internal controls. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a similar field, 0–3 years of experience, strong analytical and numerical skills, attention to detail, and strong English communication skills. The position includes structured training through the mthree Academy and may follow an onsite working model after onboarding.
