Description
AYBL is hiring a Junior Garment Technologist to support its Garment Technology and Design teams from initial product development through production. The role involves creating size specifications, measuring and organizing samples, assisting with fit sessions, providing fit feedback to suppliers, tracking samples, reviewing production and shipment samples, supporting garment technology administration, and conducting wearer trials. The position requires at least one year of garment technologist experience, a degree in Garment Technology or a similar discipline, knowledge of multi-product fit, pattern cutting, grading, fabrics, materials, components, and PLM systems, along with strong attention to detail and organizational skills. The role is based in Redditch, South Birmingham, with flexible working and a 35-hour work week.
