Frasers Group is hiring a Junior Garment Technologist to support the fit, quality, and performance of men’s, women’s, and accessory garments from development through production. The role includes leading fit sessions, recording fit comments, coordinating factory amendments, maintaining grading and sizing rules, overseeing care-label approvals, supporting block libraries, participating in supplier audits and production checks, reporting factory performance, and helping develop technologies such as 3D fitting and performance fabrics. Candidates should have previous experience in a similar role, fitting experience, and experience in retail or a similar industry, along with strong self-motivation, organization, time management, and communication skills.
