Construtora Tenda is hiring a Junior Governance and Implementation Analyst in its Operations directorate to support the planning, monitoring, and implementation of innovations, new features, and construction-site typologies across Brazil. The role involves field monitoring, cross-functional coordination, documentation, indicator tracking, operational-impact mapping, and sharing best practices, with frequent travel to regional offices and construction sites. Candidates need higher education in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Urban Planning, intermediate Microsoft Office skills, construction-site experience, and knowledge of continuous improvement, change management, or project management; Power BI and innovation-project experience are preferred.
