Description
The Junior Growth Manager will support the expansion of the Partnerships channel for HelloFresh and Green Chef by sourcing, developing, and managing high-impact acquisition-focused partnerships across the UK. The role covers prospecting and securing partners, building a pipeline, managing partner offers and the B2B sub-channel, measuring performance, negotiating cost mechanics, and sharing insights across local and global teams. Candidates should have a background in growth marketing, consulting, or data handling, strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, analytical ability, and project management capability. The role is based at The HelloFresh Farm in London and follows a hybrid working policy; visa sponsorship is not available.
