LaBella Associates is hiring a Junior Highway Engineer for its Charlotte, North Carolina office. The role supports transportation engineering projects involving roadways, trails, and pedestrian facilities, including alignment, drainage, signing and pavement marking, safety, erosion and sediment control, traffic protection, construction documentation, reporting, field inspection, and project rendering. Candidates need a transportation-focused civil engineering bachelor's degree from an ABET-accredited institution and 0–5 years of experience; EIT certification or the ability to obtain it within 12 months is preferred, while a PE license is a plus. MicroStation or AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and hydrologic/hydraulic modeling experience are beneficial.
