The Junior HR Consultant serves as an employee-facing point of contact in a professional HR service center, answering HR questions by phone, tickets, and live chat; investigating and resolving HR issues; providing accurate information; collaborating with HR specialists; and improving HR services. The role requires higher professional education, HR knowledge, customer-service experience, strong communication skills, system adaptability, and Dutch and English proficiency. It offers a gross hourly wage of €18.56, hybrid work after onboarding, and a temporary one-year term with possible follow-up.
