Aleph is hiring an Associate Analyst, HRBP to support the Regional HRBP and broader LATAM human resources operations across 18+ countries and business units. The role covers hiring and selection, onboarding and offboarding, employee support, engagement-plan execution, and HR systems and data integrity, including Workday organizational structures, audits, reporting, and data hygiene. It is a junior position requiring a relevant degree, 1–3 years of HR experience, advanced English, G Suite proficiency, and analytical skills; Workday experience is a strong plus.
