Description
The HSE and Quality Manager will serve as the central contact for Health, Safety, Environment and Quality within the company in Beveren-Leie, reporting to management and working with R&D, Production and Purchasing. The role covers safety policy and risk analysis, incident investigation, quality management systems, training and coaching, environmental management and audits, and KPI management. It requires a technical bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience, a Prevention Advisor Level 2 certificate, initial similar-role experience, knowledge of ISO 9001 and related quality methods, fluent Dutch and basic French, and the ability to work both behind a desk and on the shop floor.
