Aegro is hiring a Junior Implementation Analyst for its Customer Relationship (Customer Success) team. The role independently leads medium-complexity implementations for rural producers, analyzes farm management processes, configures the Aegro platform, validates client-entered data, monitors project schedules, and leads client meetings and training. The position requires technical or higher education in agronomy, business administration, accounting, or a related field, along with experience in customer service, system configuration, and implementation, plus familiarity with management software and Google Workspace.
