This is a full-time entry-level role supporting the design and production of horticultural machinery. The position moves between the design office and production floor, supporting engineers, updating and managing technical drawings, verifying that designs are implemented correctly, mapping production steps, linking steps to the ERP system, and contributing to process improvements. Candidates should have a bachelor's or master's degree in industrial sciences, interest in design and production, and a willingness to learn; CAD or ERP experience is helpful but not required. The role offers guidance, learning opportunities, and progression toward product development.
