Description
The Junior Infrastructure Estimator will support civil infrastructure projects by analyzing specifications, drawings, and contract documents; determining earthwork, sewerage, and paving quantities; requesting and comparing supplier and subcontractor prices; preparing cost estimates; suggesting alternative construction methods; and coordinating assumptions with construction teams and project management. The role is intended for someone with a civil engineering, ground and water engineering, or built-environment qualification, basic Excel knowledge, analytical and communication skills, and an interest in construction execution. The gross salary is €3,000–€4,100 per month, with vacation, pension, development budgets, and other benefits.
