KalSoft is hiring a full-time Junior Infrastructure Trainee Engineer in Sohar, Oman, for Omani nationals only. The entry-level role provides IT help desk and technical support, Microsoft 365 administration, backup monitoring, website and domain administration, network and Cisco hardware support, security troubleshooting, incident documentation, reporting, and assistance with EDR/MDR and Microsoft Copilot/AI tools. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, basic IT infrastructure and networking knowledge, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
