Description
Xsolla is hiring a Junior/Integration Manager to work with video-game and payment clients, diagnose technical issues using data dumps and logs, describe problems from client feedback, and escalate or route issues appropriately. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least two years of experience, video-game-industry experience, prior integration experience, strong communication and customer-service skills, general integration knowledge, and the ability to manage a significant workload autonomously. Multilingual proficiency and experience with web or game programming or computer science are preferred.
