Lokalise is hiring a Junior IT Operations Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term, full-time remote role based in Latvia. The position supports user lifecycle and access management, Level 1 IT support and troubleshooting, documentation and process improvement, security and compliance activities, and learning toward Level 2 operations. Candidates need approximately one year of relevant hands-on experience or relevant studies, while exposure to identity or collaboration tools and basic scripting is preferred. The role includes occasional visits to the Riga office and offers health insurance, flexible working hours, a co-working budget, and a home-office setup budget.
