Freudenberg is hiring an IT Operations Associate to support customer projects involving Microsoft 365, servers, and storage; manage customer systems; analyze incidents; document work; and contribute to IT processes. The role is intended for someone with IT fundamentals, initial IT support or customer-project experience, strong communication skills, and confident German at least at B2 level.
