The Junior IT Specialist will serve as the first point of contact for internal users, handling support tickets and providing access-management, cloud, networking, and Linux support. Responsibilities include managing Azure Entra ID access, troubleshooting connectivity, administering Linux systems, maintaining IT operations, documenting solutions, and collaborating with colleagues. The role is intended for a recent graduate or final-year student with a relevant degree, networking knowledge, cloud and Linux familiarity, and strong communication skills.
