ISN is hiring Junior IT Specialists to provide technical support for a federal credential issuance and maintenance program supporting HSPD-12 across more than 65 locations. The hybrid role is based near Washington, DC and includes system operations, troubleshooting, USAccess and SharePoint administration, equipment shipment and inventory support, training, reporting, and backup support for the USAccess Site Manager. Candidates need 2–5 years of IT support experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, U.S. citizenship, a Public Trust or higher federal security clearance, proximity to the Washington, DC headquarters, and at least two years of college-level education.
