Description
Partner One is hiring a Junior IT Support professional for its multidisciplinary IT team. The role requires regular onsite work at a data center and involves tier I/II IT support, troubleshooting and maintaining hardware, software, networks, cloud platforms, hypervisors, security systems, and data center infrastructure. The position also includes security incident investigation, vulnerability remediation, infrastructure inspections, vendor oversight, documentation, and staff coaching. At least three years of varied IT system management experience is required, along with experience in ITIL/change management, hypervisors, major cloud providers, and a broad range of security technologies.
